Luggage

Accessibility

Passengers with disabilities should advise Eurostar’s Contact Centre 48 hours prior to departure time and should arrive 60 minutes before the train is scheduled to leave the station. Strollers can be folded and stored onboard in luggage racks at no additional cost.

Refunds

Fully Flexible

Can be exchanged for a similar type ticket up to 60 days after departure.
Flexible tickets can be fully refunded up to 60 days after departure.
Standard tickets can be fully refunded before departure.

A cancellation charge will be deducted from all refunds. The cancellation charge will be a minimum of 15%.

All requests for refunds must be submitted to the office from which the tickets were purchased.
