If you need a flight to go where there are no high-speed trains, we’ll find a low-carbon, competitively priced option. Many airlines are making carbon-reduction committments in their operations, and we want to help you support these efforts, and still travel reasonably across long distances.

However if you want to reserve our dedicated corporate travel services for providing end-to-end bookings on custom routes at discounted rates, please contact us and we’ll talk about how to serve your company’s unique low-carbon travel needs.
Local EV rentals and car sharing options
Once you arrive at your destination station you may need a rental car or ride sharing to take you to your hotel or your meeting. We’ll reserve for you a EV with access to a charging network, or inform you of local ridesharing options that include EVs.
Last but not, least, we’ll book a sustainably committed hotel
We rely on major brands with publicly committed sustainability goals, as well as locally-rated lodging with low-carbon operations and practices. From LEED certification and other awards, we’ll find a comfortable and reputable hotel for your colleagues to stay within policy, save carbon, and save on your bottom line.
Carbon offsetting options
In order to meet your sustainability goals and find the right transportation and lodging for your unique business travel needs, we can also include a reputable source for carbon offset projects, such as tree planting and reforestation, based on your necessary itinerary. This is an optional service if you request it.
How it works
It’s simple. We follow a standard corporate service model of engagement, from discussions to contracts, and including rapid response communication platforms, itinerary drafting, bookings, travel support, and monthly invoicing.

2. Discuss and agree
Tell us about your travel needs and plans, and we’ll prepare a proposal for you to review. With your feedback, we will prepare an agreement for a set length of time to be your external travel coordinator.
3. Itineraries and bookings
We may need a kick-off meeting to introduce us to your current methods and policies and details. As soon as you are certain you will need trips booked, complete an itinerary request form (we provide) and we’ll prepare an itinerary for your team’s review and approval. Once approved, we’ll complete the booking and send your colleagues their tickets and final booking details by email and a secure online platform.
4. Travel support services
We will be available by phone, email, or other preferred communication channels to support your team’s ability to effortlessly travel and stay focused on their planned meeting. The less they have to deal with logistics, the better for all of us.
5. Return travel and monthly invoices
We will remain available to support your team members on their return home, and ensure they have all the information they need to do so efficiently and safely. At the end of the month, we’ll send you an invoice for all the trips we booked for your team, and start the new month ready to deliver on your new travel needs.
